The purpose of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation is to promote wellness and prevent sickness among the 2.2 million people living in El Paso and Hudspeth Counties in West Texas, Doña Ana and Otero Counties in Southern New Mexico, and in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
